Can't think of a thing Julie needs to improve. She was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Example, movers left some items at the former home, she not only went to the house to see if the items were there, she took them to her office. Also, she also discovered I left my dog's water bowl there and she was willing to mail it to me. Way to go Julie.

Julie was an exceptional realtor to work with. From day one to 6 months later, she was consistently there to answer every question we had. She reassured us multiple times that we would find the right place and truly love it. Julie always got our offers together quickly for the properties we were interested in. She even helped calm us down whenever we felt frustrated about a property. She believed that everything happens for a reason, and if our offer wasn't the best, she would reassure us that we would find the perfect house and that it would be worth the wait. The house we bought with her help was definitely worth the wait. Furthermore, she worked seamlessly with our lender to get the closing date under 30 days.
